Drink LOTS of water…over 64 oz a day..and walk about 1/2 hour a day (or more)
There is also cleansing teas that help move things along.
I worked up to walking 4 miles a day, 2 in the morning and 2 after work and drank about 70oz of water a day and I lost 28 pounds in about 3 months time…and I felt great and had tons of energy.
And I still ate what I wanted….but I rarely eat red meat…you may want to limit your res meat intake
