Hello,

I had a similar dilema not too long ago.  I had put on alot of extra pounds from the holidays and needed a way to get it back off.

It seemed like no matter what I tried, I  just kept gaining more and more weight.  Every time I stepped on the scale, it was a bigger number than before.

I felt hopeless and frustrated.  I tried every diet pill and diet out there.  It wasn&#039;t until I was searching in google one day, and found this website  that I realised why I couldn&#039;t lose weight.

This website explained to me why I shoud stop using Low Carb Diets, low calorie diets, and low fat diets.  

It also showed me how I could lose 9lb.s every 11 days.  Naturally I was a little skeptical at first.  But now I am so glad,  because I finally found something that works, and it is awesome.
