Weight loss pills that work?

Amber M asked:

Has anyone used a weight loss pill that actually works, but does not contain efedra or anything that makes you super jittery? I have been using these natural ones so they don’t make me feel like I’m on speed, but they do not work.
FYI – I am not lazy and I do have a gym membership. I workout an average of 3 days a week. I was just looking for something to speed up the process.

Don’t fall for weight loss pills. They don’t work. They ***** with your metabolism and mess you up. Its definately not healthy. Go exercise and eat healthy. There is no quick speedy solution to losing weight, like all of the advertisements try to convince you of. Instead of buying pills, use the money on a gym membership. Pills for weightloss are probably the worst thing you can do.

My husband lost 50 pds while taking hydroxycut. It took about 4-5 months. He also started the gym and cut down on calories. He said the hydroxycut helped curb his appetite. Hope this helps!
