Hello! I am a Senior in High School and i want to loose weight before Graduation. So if anyone knows the best excersises, like Running, or walking, or yoga, or anything? lol. Please let me know.
I want to loose weight quick and natural.

    You could always cut off your leg. That would subtract 15lbs easy.

    Running its the best remedy. You will learn to love it!!! You can join races and stuff like that and work up to really far distances. Running everyday can help you get toned and loose weight really fast. There are so many things that running can do for you.

    BEST WORK OUT (do this every day)
    Stretch
    Walk for 5 minutes
    Run for more than 30 minutes
    Walk for 5 more minutes
    Jump rope for 10 minutes
    Stretch

    Aim for 30-60 min of cardio, and 100 crunches daily. Drink 8 glasses of water, 2 glasses of green tea (to curb cravings), restrict to 1200-1500 cals and don’t eat past 7 PM. Make sure you eat breakfast lunch and dinner. No fried/salty foods or sweets.

    BTW: For bloating probs…try bananas or hot water with lemon in it :D
