i was in basic training for the air force then i got discharged. when i was in training i lost so much weight and i looked so good, but when i came home i gained it all back. i don’t find myself attractive at all with how much i gained, what are some natural ways to loose weight that don’t require taking pills? please only serious anwsers

    speeding up your metabolism is the #1 natural way, and the way to do that is to do weight lifting, and running. But you also have to eat lots or protiens like eggs, beens, nuts,lean white meats, also antioxidants in berries and tea, helps out, bassically you have to have a balanced diet, zero carb diets wont work, youll just put back on all the weight, eat carbs in moderate amounts your body does need them. dont eat only salads youll alwayz be starving. also swimming helps out. since you were in basic training you should just do that routine of exercise they had you do…

    drink at least 100 oz of water a day that is about 6 bottles. go skating at the rink, jump rope, sign up for a dance class, (these exercises can be done at least 3 days a week for about 1 hour) and eat off of a saucer size plate for each meal, try to reduce white foods, and also add at least 3 pieces or servings of fruit a day. I did this for about 1 month and I saw an immediate change in my body.
