If you want to lose weight then get on a diet and do cardio. THATS IT. Stop making it so complicated.
My mom has all his books and she said it worked but when I tried it, it didn’t work at all. The only way I lost weight was to stop eating after 6 pm, ate 3 times a day and only one snack, and stayed outside and exercised. So there is tip if you want to lose weight. Don’t go by books that tell you to lose weight.

His name is Kevin Trudeau and he’s been banned to sell on infomercials. He now “gives” his books away for only shipping and handling.
I have no personal experience with him. I have heard that he’s banned because he’s a fraud and I have heard that he’s banned because he’s a threat to the pharmaceutical companies.
Basically, he sells crushed coral.
i just saw the infomercial a few days ago. I ordered the two
free books (natural cures) and the weight loss cure book. I
haven’t received them yet. I was a little taken back though. The total tab is $44 something. ($9.95 shipping for each book and $14.95 for the weight loss cure book) I hope they’re worth it.
