Hello ladies,
I’m writing a book on weight loss and transforming your life with it. I’ve read many diet books. Most lack personality, a spirit, and addressing your mindset/soul. I’m curious to hear from you; what subjects do you want to read in a weight loss book? What are issues you’ve been wondering about, that you would like answered? Anything you feel you’d like to be discussed.

I’m not advocating gimmicks, scams, and bariatric surgery. This is about changing your whole health and life for the better, through natural weight loss and changing eating habits. I’ve personally lost over 100 pounds successfully without surgery, I do feel I know what I’m talking about based on experience. I want to provide a book that will help change your life.
