weight loss problem?

i’ve started a self-made plan for weight loss, since i am so busy with home, work and kid, i barely have time for exercises and gym. so, what i did was to walk to and from work, since it is just 15mins walk. i use stairs instead of elevator. i use restrooms two to three floors above or below me (via stairs 3-4 times a day).

i was 240lbs before i started my weight loss plan. after two weeks now i’m 260lbs! though i feel a little lighter. i can carry loads that i can’t before. i didn’t increase my food intake, just the same (i don’t want to starve myself!). i don’t drink sodas or any artificial concentrated juices. just the natural. i used to go to gym and lifted heavy weights (300 – 500 lbs), that was 15 years ago (i was 180lbs then).
in short the only thing i changed in my daily lifestyle was increase my physical activity without increasing food intake. but my weight is increasing instead of decreasing.
am i doing something wrong? what is happening in my body?
will i eventually loose weight?
