My midpt. in life. asked:
I have been trying to find web sites that have success stories of people who lost weight the natural way ( eating healthy, exersize,etc) . However, everytime I look for such stories they are always connected with some crazy diet or exersize plan as a form of promotion. I would really like good sites for personal motivation, since I am trying to lose wieght the healthy way . thanks!!
