I bought a weight-loss pomade recently?

Hello, Love<3 asked:

This weight loss pomade is made from sea kelp, grape fruit and other all natural ingredients You’re supposed to rub it on the area you would like to slim down and wrap it in elastic… but the thing is, I don’t know if I can actually trust it. I want to lose weight in a little less than two weeks, and I wanted to get the advice from people who know about this kind of stuff. So, please…HELP!

i remember seeing on TV that there was controversy over this weight loss pomade

however, in my opinion nothing works.. sure, maybe liposuction or diets.. HOWEVER, i watched a study/documentary on obese people before, and there were several obese people who said its something in their brain that wont tell them to stop eating.. so if you cant stop eating, it has to do with the mind.. if u lose weight with like lipo for instance, u will always gain it back

i think the best way is the natural way, to work out.. which is harder than it looks. (especially aerobic) i heard that fat turns into muscle well, but then im assuming ur a girl and dont want muscle. so running is good (i **** it too.. but like, run just a little, with walking breaks possibly — with friends? — and then gradually do it more and more
