I need to lose about 80 pounds by June. I diet and exercise. What’s the best pill to add?

Toning the body after weight loss?

Weight loss Prescription? The good & bad?

Well the good thing is I have totally changed my lifestyle, with eating & exercise. I actually enjoy it now & I don’t think I will ever go back to the way I was before but it’s just so frustrating when I’m working my tail off & not seeing the results as fast as I want. I started working out 6 weeks post-partum,(16 months ago.) lost about 30 lbs in the first year then I hit a platu for a while, changed my exercise routine & as of Jaunary 2007 lost 20 more pounds. So I guess that’s pretty good but I want to get over this hump I’m at. 20lbs to go! Thanks for the input!

If fruit has sugar in it how is it good 4 you and for losing weight?

I don’t get it if people say to lose weight you have to eat a balanced healthy diet with lots of fruits and veggies then why would people say that an all fruit diet would not be good for weight loss cuz the fruit has natural sugar. Well if fruit can make you fat then wouldn’t you get fatter eating fruit plus veggies and low fat meals? Also how does something that has sugar even if it is natural sugar good for you?
