A good supplement for weight loss?

Guillermo T asked:

I want some advice to lose weight, i have been thinking of hydroxycut and liopodene (i might have spelled it wrong), i am also very open to natural supplements, i just want some guidance as to which might be worth it. I am roughly 20-25 pounds overweight? . . .

Metabolife Complete – they even give their clinicals online….

Check ‘em out – I swear by the thing!!

Also – you can get them real cheap on ebay – look for boxes that either JUST expired or are about to….I got a 3 month supply for $24…… :)

In order to keep the weight off though after taking them – is that you have to adjust your eating habits while taking Metabolife and then CONTINUE the changed habits when off….

I dont think I would try hydroxycut or lipodene. I used a weight loss plan called Shapeworks, it is all natural, I lost 95 lbs in 8 months and have kept the weight off for over 5 years now…here is where I found it on the internet,

Brilliant as if pills aren’t dangerous enough if taken improperly now someone wants you to buy expired ones what the %^$@

Have a look at our site it reviews Hydoxycut and a few more, you should be able to make a good decision from whats written there. And if you decide against pills, there are other options available to you. check out the diet tips page.

80% of what you looks like is what you eat. It is absolutely critical that you change your diet! The other 20% comes from genetics, exercise, and other factors. Thermogenics are not miracle pills that you can take to lose weight. I use them primarily for energy purposes and as a metabolic aid. If you don’t get the diet portion under control, then thermos ar ea complete waste. Anyways with that aside, I take Hydroxycut ******** when I am in the “cutting phase” of the year. It might be more powerful than the average thermo but it works great. Nutrex Lip6 is also great and so is Mann Scorch. I have tried these and I can vouch for these. Also keep in mind that these are stimulants (primarily a high dosage of caffeine so be careful!) AND PLEASE, keep in mind that it all comes primarily from your diet.
