i discoverd i had gained weight . so naturally i would like to loose the weight ive put on which is about about 14 pounds (nothing too drastic) to get back to my more healthier and comfortable weight.
i tried exercising and healthy eating drinking losts of water and stuff but i keep loosing patience with it and giving up on it and i seem to be going round in circles and wasting time, to be honest i didnt realise it would be as hard as it is to diet.

recently i have been considering liposuction (smart lipo)as it seems a good way to get rid of the extra fat i dont want rather than dieting and loosing weight naturally as it would be alot quicker and it looks effective.
people that i have asked dont seem to be too keen on the idea which is putting me off it

still unsure- any suggestions on effective ways to loose weight or thoughts on having lipo?

I had a baby 5 months ago and need to lose about 15 pounds. I eat pretty healthy (not a calorie counter – don’t have time!) I go to the gym 4-5 days per week. I haven’t really seen any improvements in my weight or energy level. I would like to know if there are any supplements I can take to better my health and help with weight lose. BTW, I am dieting and also doing cardio training 6 times a week.. I also do weight training 5 days a week.. I try to drink lots of water, I know importance of it, but carbonated water [natural one] keeps my intrest more, because it reminds me of soda drinks I liked to drink so much :D LOL

@Samuel : Link you send said nothing about carbonated water, that is Natal carbonated water, not sodas or anything like that… My diet is already changed and I also do regular workout with results that are something like 2 pounds a week… I will try without this water next week, maybe it will help.. Thanks for input anyway….
